تعريف الصحة النفسية حسب العلماء|| تعريفات الصحة النفسية ||مفهوم الصحة النفسية ||ما معنى الصحة النفسية ؟ ||تعريف الصحة النفسية في الإسلام||
اختلف العلماء في تعريف الصحة النفسية والمرض النفسي وهذه بعض التعريفات :
1- الصحة النفسية هي التوافق مع المجتمع وعدم الشذوذ عنه وعدم مخالفته والمرض النفسي هو عدم التوافق مع المجتمع
وحسب هذا التعريف يكون الانبياء والمصلحون فاقدي الصحة النفسية وهذا يخالف الواقع
2- الصحة النفسية هي قدرة الانسان على التطور
والمرض النفسي هو عدم التطور بما يتناسب مع مرحلة النمو ( مثال: حين يتمسك البالغ بسلوكيات الطفولة فإنه يعد مريضا نفسيا )
3- الصحة النفسية هي توافق احوال النفس الثلاث وهي حالة الابوة ( Parent ego state ) وحالة الطفولة ( Child ego state ) وحالة الرشد ( Adult ego state ) على اعتبار ان الشخص السليم نفسيا يعيش بهذه الحالات في تناغم وانسجام و يحدث المرض النفسي عند اختلال هذه الاحوال وطغيان احداها عن الاخرى .
4- الصحة النفسية هي القدرة على الحب والعمل ( اي حب الفرد لنفسه وللآخرين على ان يعمل عملا بناء يستمد منه البقاء لنفسه وللآخرين )
والمرض النفسي هو كراهية النفس والآخرين والعجز عن الانجاز والركود رغبة في الوصول الى الموت
5- ومن العلماء من اعتبر ان المرض النفسي هو عدم التوافق الداخلي ورأى ان الصحة النفسية هي التوافق الداخلي بين مكونات النفس من جزء فطري هو الغرائز ( الهو ) وجزء مكتسب من البيئة الخارجية وهو الأنا الأعلى ...
وهذا التعريف له اصول اسلامية ..

فالنفس الأمارة بالسو ء = تقابل الغرائز
والنفس اللوامة = تقابل الأنا الأعلى
وحين يتحقق التوازن والتوافق بين النفس الأمارة بالسو ء والنفس اللوامة تتحقق الطمأنينة للانسان ويوصف بأنه نفس مطمئنة ।
